You will receive a 6-digit verification code to verify your identity before you can create a new password.
If you are signed in, update your password in your MĀORI+ Account Settings.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Reset Password.

What should I do if I did not receive my verification email?
Try these checks if your verification email has not arrived.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes, then request another verification email.
- Add MĀORI+ to your safe-senders list if messages continue to be filtered.
If these checks all fail, the email may be getting blocked by your email service provider. Consider signing in with a Google or Apple account. Or try creating a free Gmail account to sign up to MĀORI+.
If you do not have a MĀORI+ account, the reset password mechanism will not send you a verification code. Please check that you have a MĀORI+ account by trying to sign up for a new account with your email address.

- Enter the verification code on the Confirm Your Identity screen.
The 6-digit verification code will be valid for 15 minutes. Check your spam or junk mail if you have not received the code.
